Can Business Benefit By Providing Workplace Flexibility to Hourly Workers?

This issue brief describes the business case for providing workplace flexibility to hourly workers in a large U.S. retail store, CitiSales, and discusses the challenges associated with offering flexible work arrangements to hourly workers.
