What Workplace Factors Drive Employee Engagement in an Hourly Retail Workforce?

This issue brief examines the drivers of employee engagement among an hourly workforce employed at a large U.S. retail store, referred to as CitiSales. The quotes in this brief have been taken from interviews with CitiSales regional vice presidents and district managers that were conducted as part of the study.
